Why dehydration is making you fat and sick

Drinking eight glasses of water a day is nobody’s idea of fun, but it becomes suddenly more appealing when you see the effects of dehydration laid out before your eyes.

Of course, it’s widely known that drinking water is good for you, but we hadn’t considered quite how damaging not drinking water can be. So, unless you want to get fat and sick, pay close attention to this infographic from SDFJ.
